What to expect day of!
We are looking forward to seeing you all Saturday at the 10th Annual Katelyn’s Ride for Autism!! We just wanted to send a few reminders your way to make this year’s ride the safest & best yet!
All public parking is at 96815 Blackrock Rd Yulee, Fl 32097. Please do not block roadways. (parking map attached)
Check-in starts at 9:30am at the Pirates Wood Clubhouse; 97542 Blackbeards Way Yulee, FL 32097.
Don’t forget to check-in to get your registration bag, event itinerary, scorecard & wristbands. Extra Scorecards ($20) & Wristbands ($5) available for purchase at Check-in Venmo & Cash Only
***The wristband you receive at check-in will be required to participate in all activities…the tabs are required when getting your shrimp, hotdog, and popcorn. ***
Opening Ceremony begins at 11am.
Recommended Items to bring…
Cash & Venmo: Raffle tickets will be available for purchase throughout ride
Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen: This is an all-day event, outside.
Bug spray
Rain Jackets: Florida Weather is unpredictable, and we ride RAIN or SHINE!
Drinks/Ice: Water is Supplied at every stop, but you may want to bring your favorite drinks for the all-day event
Snacks/Lunch: We will have Boiled Shrimp, Hotdogs & Zaxby’s at Stop #2 & Food trucks available for food purchases at Stop #5 (If this does not appeal to you, consider bringing food or snacks you will enjoy.)
Music: Feel free to bring portable speakers to listen to music throughout the ride. Road Warrior lip sync battles welcomed!
Children may need an extra set of clothes & towel (Stop #5 Bubble truck will be messy)

In order to make this a SAFE and FUN ride for everyone we ask that you are mindful of the following rules…
No open containers permitted on public roadways.
Golf Carts & side-by-sides only permitted, no 4 wheelers
All drivers must stay in parade like formation, absolutely NO passing others or riding alongside other carts
All riders must have their own seat
Any driver must be at least 16 years old with a valid Driver’s License.
All golf carts must be taken out of “forward/drive” and put in neutral when parked at stops or remove keys.
Event Director reserves the right to ask any party violating these rules to leave the ride and may be asked not to return for future events.
